You fill out our wedding inquirey form, using the “inquire” button below, and give us some information to get started with. You can expect to hear back from us with 48 hours.

After you’ve filled out the inquiry form, we will be in touch via email to let you know if we are available for your event date. We will then schedule a time to connect and talk a bit more about your vision and needs.

After a consultation, we will create a custom proposal and mood board tailored to your needs. The proposal will have itemized design pricing, as well as design, labor, delivery, setup and breakdown cost. The visual mood board serves as a representation of your color palette and aesthetic and will showcase examples of designs for your event.

Once the proposal and mood board are approved, we will send over a contract along with payment information. After contract signature and a payment of the 50% retainer is recieved, your event will be officially booked on our calendar.
Once we are booked as your florist, you can check that off your list! We will handle the rest of the details and we’ll communicate and make updates as needed.

2 months before your event date we will be in touch to review the final details, make any adjustments and provide you with a final invoice. Your outstanding balance will be due no later than 60 days prior to the event.
We are always just an email or phone call away if there’s anything else we can help with during the process.

Depending on the set-up service you choose, we will either have your flowers carefully packaged and ready for pick-up, or our team will arrive on site and get to work executing every detail with utmost care. We look forward to being part of your special day.
